FAQs
-How do I clean my rug?
Handwoven rugs are some of the most durable floor coverings. However, life happens! To spot-clean your rug, vacuum the area then blot with a washcloth, warm water, and dish soap.
-How long does it take to make my rug?
Most rugs take 10-12 weeks to weave and ship. As any work of art it takes time! The wool is hand-dyed and spun, weavers begin hand-knotting on the loom, the rug is trimmed, washed, stretched, and shipped!
-Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free with Intertwined Tapestry! *Excluding returns*
